I took the reference photo for this one as it was sitting on the cars aerial - it had been admiring itself in the cars mirrors before settling  there briefly.

Rufous Mourner ACEO in acrylics

I love the colour of this one's feathers.  It is a bit more tricky painting just one colour to get the depth to the feather and I used a lot of layers / glazes to archive  the depth to the feathers.
