Bushtit in acrylics

I  love how this one is all fluffed up and just couldn't resist painting it.  Really pleased with the final painting.

American Bushtit's are found in  western North America.  They measure only 7 - 8 cm in length and weigh between 4 - 6 grams.  The male has dark eyes whereas the females are yellow.

Bushtit measures 6 x 6 inches and is painted on Ampersand Gessobord Panel.
