Cape Crombec ACEO in acrylics

I love how  this one is perched on the branch.  Really pleased with how the painting turned out - everything just seemed to work.

Cape Crombec or Long - Billed Crombec are found in Africa.  They are nearly tailless measuring around 12 cm in length and weighing about 16 grams.

Cape Crombec measures 3.5 x 2.5 inches and is painted on 300gsm smooth Arches watercolour paper.
