Autumn River No 4 in acrylics

I have been experimenting a bit with how I paint landscapes by starting off by roughly blocking in the scene  with the Atelier Free Flow Acrylics and then building the detail layer on top with the Atelier Interactive Acrylics.  It works rather well so going to paint a few more using that method..

Autumn River No 4 measures 7 x 5 inches  and is painted on Colourfix Smooth Paper.

Green Tree Frog in acrylics

I decided to paint something completely different and painted this Green Tree Frog.  I just love it's eyes.  Really pleased with how it turned out.
